Other finest rooms of the palace surely are: the noble dining-room; the lounge; the porcelain room, the library with various paintings and notable and valued books; the red sitting room; the balcony room which opens on the terrace; the king's room; the yellow room, the dressing room and the exhibition hall. On the ground floor and basement it is possible to admire the 'Etruscan well' which dates back to the 5th century before Christ and is 2,2 meters wide and 4,5 meters deep. Today the cellars are utilized by several different users and managers for different business activities. The palace accommodates 10 flats, accessible from a private door on the main facade and they all boast their own independence.
