Parents were getting old & we wanted a gated community for them. I had checked out all properties in & around. Loved the flat, loved the area, greenery around & everything around. I have everything here: pool table, walking tracks, my dad loves sitting by the pool, using the senior citizens room watching cricket matches there.. I dont have to travel to town anymore, this is the place I am completely home with.

I think it stands very true to what Rustomjee says, that it's thoughtful. My wife can use the yoga center and the swimming pool, my parents can build smaller communities with like minded folks and then there's the exercise area, the tennis and the football area, which can be used by me and my son. All this, I think, just builds my kid’s character, who's growing up, and instills in him the right aspects of playing sports, using the pool, and living life holistically.
