Beach Club and Pool Maintenance Services All maintenances of beach clubs, pools such as filtration and disinfestations, and a lifeguard shall be provided. Fitness Center, Baths and Sauna Services Fitness center activities accompanied by sport trainers and baths and saunas are included in the membership fee. Daytime usage of the sport activities like tennis courts, basketball, volleyball are included in the service. Maintenance and reparation of these sport facilities are in the extent of common expenses.
