The rental rate is Php1,800.00/sqm plus VAT and another Php100.00/sqm for CUSA plus VAT. The rental rate is still negotiable. The minimul lease term is one year while maximum is three years. Renewable subject to mutual agreement. The security deposit is equivalent to three months and the advance rent is equivalent to three months, applicable to the last three months of the contract of lease.
