We mediate the letting of ADVERTISING SPACE on the side facade of the AALipa building, located on Celovška cesta, Ljubljana. We are renting out two advertising spaces, each of which naturally occupies the area of ​​one facade in the size of 4.00m x 15.00m (60m2). The advertising space is clearly visible from the entrance to the city. The building is next to one of the busiest intersections in Ljubljana, on which more than 1,000 vehicles drive daily. The rent for one advertised space (60 m2 area) is EUR 950.00/month. The lessor's condition for concluding the transaction is that the tenant pays part of the mediation costs, which includes the following actions of the mediator: a review of the legal and factual situation, conducting tours, and all activities until the conclusion of the legal transaction, performing the handover of the property and drawing up minutes, preparation and storage of pictorial material, i.e. EUR 475.00 + VAT for each advertised space.
