The building was completed in 2008 with high quality finishing, in the spirit and tradition of the Bulgarian architecture typical of the northern Black Sea. The complex disposes of a swimming pool and a parking space is available. The apartment we offer has total size of 64 sqm and is fully furnished and equipped, including air condition in each room. It consists of a living room with open space kitchen, fully equipped with cooking and eating devices, electric stove and dishwashing machine, fridge, etc. ; one bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin and big loggia with lovely views. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons, as a sofa-bed is provided in the living room. The apart-complex is only 10-minute drive away from Albena beach on the Black Sea.
