Built in 1789, this spacious stone house, with its own stream and substantial outbuildings must have been built for a significant family. The new owner could be someone looking for a large, comfortable home or perhaps a person with an eye to generating income from their investment. Plessala is a 5 minute drive from the property. It's a small village but good enough for topping up a bigger shop. Loudeac is 15 minutes from the house and is the nearest town. The lake was drained a couple of years ago and re-stocked, so if fishing is your interest just pick up a permit from the mayor's office and get going!
