The most convenient airports to reach the property are Perugia San Francesco (57km; 55'), Firenze Vespucci (146km; 1h 40'), Roma Ciampino (175km; 2h 5'), Roma Ciampino (175km; 2h 5') and Roma Fiumicino (189km; 2h). The property is made up of many rural and residential buildings, split among four poderi of variable size. The farmhouse A (422 sqm - 4,541 sqft) is laid out onto two floors. On the ground floor is located a room with stables for the animals and a cellar to store wine and oil. On the first floor is located the apartment N°1 (205 sqm - 2,206 sqft). Right next to the farmhouse, a shed (104 sqm - 1,120 sqft) laid out onto to floors hosts a pigsty on the ground floor and a storage room on the first floor. The farmhouse B (275 sqm - 2,959 sqft) includes on the ground floor several rooms used as storage rooms, stables and cellar. The two upper floors host the apartment N°2 (131 sqm - 1,409 sqft). The ample room on the ground floor of the headquarter is in good condition and is currently used as a storage house and vehicle recovery. The mains water network only reaches the operative headquarter at the moment, while for the other poderi a linkage to the system is needed; otherwise one can resort to wells.
