Recently brought to market is this 1 bedroom apartment in the area of Sueno Azul in Callao Salvaje. Inside This one bedroom apartment is a good size at 58m2, if we're honest, it could probably do with a bit of an update, although it's still in great shape to live in, so there's no problem there:and looking at the price, it appears to be great value for money too. There's a semi-independent fitted kitchen, a large and bright lounge which has sliding doors out to thebalcony and then as you enter the apartment is the double bedroom and next to that is a bathroom. Outside Off the lounge, there's a balcony of 9m2, which has a view of the garden out to the road which is a dead end, so there's no flow through of traffic. The complex Sueno Azul:is:more of an area than a complex as such. It's been built up since its inception in the 90s and is a good mixture of holiday homes and full time residential property. It's a short walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you'll find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants:and some nice ones too and the volcanic sand beach is just a couple of minutes walk further on from the town centre. In the western side of Sueno Azul is a swimming pool which is private, sea water, pool which has a bar area and although obviously owners and ideas change throughout the years, the last I heard was that there was a discount for residents of the area. Callao Salvaje - The Town Although Callao Salvaje has a couple of hotels, it's mainly a residential area and has quite a few long term residents. The town itself has a good selection of shops, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants and if you can't find what you need in the town, then the larger town of Adeje is just 5 minutes up the road. The beach, Playa de Ajabo, was totally refurbished during 2011 and 2012 and reopened in 2014 and, although a volcanic sandy beach, which for some reason some people aren't keen on, is a great beach with sun-beds and parasols and the sea is quite calm thanks to a water break which was built during the beach refurbishment.
