This is accessed at the top of the house via a very useful utility area which houses the properties electric hot water boiler and it is plumber for an automatic washing machine. The property is fully double glazed throughout and offers air conditioning in the lounge/dining room. Great family home or a really good holiday home which would be easy to lock and leave in this quiet little street in this lovely community.
