The living space is approx. 365sqm, for a total surface area of 522 sqm, on three levels. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall (24 sqm) with a Saint Cast stone floor and wood panelling. The granite stairway leading to the two upper floors begins from this entrance. To the left of the entrance hall is a large kitchen (41sqm), also with a Saint Cast stone floor, a large granite fireplace, a 3-burner kitchen garden and beams on the ceiling. A back kitchen (11sqm), a cellar, a shed and a boiler room. The reception rooms comprise a dining room (34sqm) with parquet flooring, wood panelling, marble fireplace and three large windows overlooking the parklands, as well as a lounge (43sqm) with tiled floor, listed wood panelling on the walls, a marble fireplace topped by a mirror and a window and French window overlooking the parklands. First floor: from the stone stairway, a landing leads to three large bedrooms (30 sqm, 30 sqm and 28 sqm) with parquet flooring, fireplace, a shower room, a bathroom, a toilet, three corridors and a study (12 sqm). Second floor: there are two bedrooms (10 sqm and 17 sqm), a workshop with a glass roof (34 sqm) and a large attic that could be converted (111 sqm).
