Apartment is located on the fourth floor of the modern building in construction, that will be finished by the end of 2024. The apartments are organized in a way that the hallway, living room, kitchen and dining room are single units, while the bedroom and bathroom are separate. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the terrace. On the roof there are: a swimming pool with a terrace, a spa area, a machine room for pool equipment, a room for pumps, and a bathroom with showers. Children`s playground is located in the space between the two slats on the ground floor. Surrounded by lots of greenery, it gives its tenants sense of privacy. Most apartments in the building have a sea view. The longer lamella of the property is the dominant one, while the shorter one is cascaded. The construction of the development is well in the progress, while the completion is planned for 2024.
