Majestic 1930s modernista villa, in which has been beautifully restored by the current owners. Entering from the street, we see a sublime façade and a garden with a great variety of vegetation and trees. As we walk through the main entrance, we can see characteristic elements of Modernism that have been lovingly restored, such as the enameled tiles, the high ceilings, the stained glass windows and the decorative mouldings. These period features contrast with the minimalist and modern decor, in large airy spaces. On the main floor, we enter a spacious hall that stands out for its magnificent period tiles. Next we have a large living room divided into two areas. Large windows let in plenty of light into the open kitchen, which is spacious and functional. A wonderful living room with comfortable sofas, a home cinema and a relaxation area complete this first level. A spectacular staircase leads us to the night area, consisting of four bedrooms with a large terrace. The master bedroom is an inviting and generous space to enjoy.
