The Villa is located 2 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. The villa, built in the '80s, is named after the building on the site, called Pajara (Trullo cone, dating back to 1870), built next to it, eventually becoming a villa's room. The latter was made of stone, typical of the place, and arranged on two levels, along with other buildings, one for Dependance, one for Laundry-Depot, and one for Garage, plus a porch to park cars in the shade.
