This villa was built in 1984 for the sister of the former King Juan Carlos, Infanta Pilar de Borbón, Grand Duchess of Spain. The south-east facing property is situated in the 2nd sea line in one of the most sought-after locations in the south-west of Mallorca, on a flat, quiet plot with very beautiful sea views of the Bay of Palma.
