Villa in Bellavista with magnificent views and communal pool - Oliva - OCVL934000 Villa in the urbanisation Bellavista de Oliva - The name says it all, the views are incredible, you can see all down the coast from Oliva to Denia and the Montgó mountain. There is a driveway and a car port which lead us to the front door.  On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with two sets of patio doors to a small terrace.  The modern kitchen is open concept & there is a fireplace.  From the lounge there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes,  shower room en suite and access to the terrace.  There is a second smaller bedroom down a couple of steps with fitted wardrobes and there is a separate wc. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. From here there is a large terrace with a barbecue and the endless stunning  views.... The property was built at the end of the 80's.  It has been relatively well maintained and has a renovated kitchen.  The woodwork needs some TLC.  There are 6 other properties with communal gardens and the communal pool.  viewing recommended!
