Come and discover the charm of a wine estate, rooted in its lands, surrounded by vineyards. The estate covers 4 communes, for a total area of 75 ha of vines including: - 43 ha classified in Côtes du Rhône Village ( with name of municipality ) - 28 ha of Côtes du Rhône - 3 ha in PGI (protected geographical indication) They are flat plots of vines forming large islands with rows of several hundred meters. Here are the main grape varieties: - Red: Grenache, Syrah; Carignan, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. - White: Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache blanc. The whole vineyard is perfectly maintained, complantation is done every year. The winery, the agricultural buildings, the cellar and two recent apartments are in the heart of the property of the first municipality. The winery was built in 2000 and is therefore equipped with all the modern equipment that a winery can benefit from. The stainless steel and thermo-regulated tank has a capacity of 6,350 hls, the volume of tiled concrete tanks is 600 hls. The harvest is received in an elevating Conquet, the cellar is equipped with a pneumatic press, the stainless pipe network as well as all the apparatus make it a very efficient functional tool. A very nice Provençal farmhouse with agricultural sheds shelter the material that allows to cultivate more than 40 ha of the estate.
