In Grande-Terre of Guadeloupe, this very pretty holiday home has a superb location with a view of the sea from the terrace and its garden. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. This vacation rental surrounded by its pretty flower garden is completely fenced and secured by a gate, so you can park your rental car there. About 500 meters on foot from the house, there is a small path in the undergrowth allowing you to reach the seaside and walk to the Pierre & Vacances beach while enjoying the beauty of the landscape. The villa is about 35 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport and halfway between the town of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François where you will find all the amenities (restaurants, mini-markets, bakery), the marina of Saint-François and its many shops, the market on the seafront of Sainte-Anne or the fish market of Saint-François. The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds. Two bedrooms have a double bed. For your comfort, the three bedrooms are equipped with a mosquito net. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower while the third has its own private bathroom with shower and WC. The unmissable beach in the town of Sainte-Anne is 10 minutes away, completely surrounded by a coral reef, it is ideal for swimming with your children in peace. To get to Pointe-des-Châteaux and taste Jeannette's best coconut sorbet, allow around 15 minutes. From Saint-François you will have the opportunity to practice many water sports such as paddle, jet-ski, kitesurf.
