Andet for Køb i San Juan Despi, Catalonien

We are in the beautiful town of Sant Joan Despí, 10 minutes from Barcelona, where the great architect Josep Maria Jujol designed many of his original buildings, which can be found in many parts of the municipality. This beautiful listed house was built in 1932, but has been renovated and updated on several occasions, always respecting its original materials. After crossing a small garden, we reach the entrance of the house. Upon entering, on the ground floor, we find ourselves in a large hall presided over by an original staircase of the time. Below this, the hole has been used to have extra storage space. Crossing this hall, we enter the large living room with fireplace and access to the garden, with its pool and a cozy pergola with a chill-out area and barbecue. Returning to the living room, on the left hand side is the laundry room, while on the right hand side is the kitchen. Next, there is a courtesy toilet and a double bedroom with a small wooden mezzanine. In all rooms you can see the fabulous wooden beams of the house. On the first floor we find a distributor that leads to two double bedrooms and one medium. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony with views of the famous Can Negre building. The floor is completed with two bathrooms, one complete with natural light and the other with a shower. Going up to the second floor, we find a large attic with three small windows, an ideal room as a games room and as a guest bedroom. Throughout the house we have gas heating and air conditioning.
