The house with the courtyard is introvert, apart from the access to the house, it does not need any other opening to the public roads or adjacent lands. The sitting rooms and the bedrooms face towards the courtyard-garden, which is bounded in all directions by rooms of the dwelling, border walls of the adjacent buildings or by simple walls one floor high. The house with courtyard, always variable in form or shape, has been for more than 3,000 years the most important type of dwelling. Nowadays, it also offers excellent possibilities for urban development with private open spaces. The plot of land, of 2,300 m2 is located in the Sotogrande F-zone which is a quiet street protected by the security system of Sotogrande. It is surrounded by vegetation, mostly cork oaks and wild olives. It accesses the motorway easily and it is a short distance from the beaches, golf courses, leisure centres, supermarkets, etc. Ms Esmeralda Patricia Paredes Orozco, our architect, graduated in the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with projects carried out in the mentioned capital, in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Baja California, Monterrey and the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon. Her wide experience in the design of villas of Mexican and colonial-style makes the design of this "Hacienda" unique. The construction will be carefully carried out in detail by a well-known authorized builder of the area.
