This villa is a perfect home to enjoy with the family throughout the year. It counts with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in about 450 m2 built and a plot of 1300 m2 approx. All its rooms are spacious and comfortable. As soon as you enter, from the large hallway on the left hand side, you will be in a warm and cozy lounge dining room which has a porch in front that gives us a feeling of freshness and from there we can access the garden, the pool and the large courtyard with central fountain. From the rooms you can enjoy magnificent sea views. Besides you can be on the beach with a 10 minutes walk . About the extras we must mention that it has air conditioning in all rooms and a very particular system of hot water by solar panels in addition to a decalder to make it drinkable.
