Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, the condominium is an enclosed group of houses that covers 40.000m2 of a privileged geographical spot at the bottom of Serra do Mar, 35Km away from the historical city of Paraty. The 3 houses can be rented separated as well. The constant presence of several species of birds and small wild animals will make your stay even more special. The condominium offers three styles of houses - Casa do Jardim, Casa da Praia and Casa da Vista, all spacious, cozy, equipped with a sophisticated infrastructure, fully integrated with nature and with absolute privacy. The size of the condominium allows the rental of houses individually, respecting the privacy of each one. Possibility to rent 1 house (6 bedrooms) or 2 houses (12 bedrooms) or privatize the entire area, 3 houses (18 bedrooms). 1 - Casa do Jardim. This house was built on a plane surface and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with exclusive access to our private beach. The house has rooms in different levels, according to the natural elevations of the terrain. You will enjoy: - a large house surrounded by a green area with access to the private beach; - six large suites with verandas; - bedrooms with air-conditioning; - a full kitchen with a central stove, two fridges, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and all pertinent utensils; - a large, cozy dining room; - a two-rooms living room: one room with a 42' plasma TV and DVD, and another one with a fireplace, sofas and huge, relaxing chaises; - a guesthouse with a griller, a stove for pizzas and two tables that may be put together and become a pleasant place for a gathering; - a shower and a sauna overlooking the beach; - a laundry area with a washing machine and a drying machine. 3 - Casa da Vista Placed in the most elevated spot of the condominium, The Landscape House offers an amazing view of the green islands of Paraty Bay. Further away, Sao Goncalo beach marks the division between the sea and Bocaiuva National Park. Here, you will have access to: - a large, comfortable house in a middle of green area; - a swimming pool for adults and kids who feel like enjoying a wonderful view of the sea; - six large suites with verandas; bedrooms with air-conditioning; - a full kitchen with a stove, two fridges, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils; - a two-rooms dining room: one room with a 42' plasma TV, and another one with a fireplace, a sofa and huge, relaxing chaises; - a large, comfortable veranda; - a guesthouse with a grill and a table for 12 people; - a shower and a sauna with panoramic view; - a laundry area with a washing machine and a drying machine.
