A cottage style house in the highest part of town overlooking the beautiful square in front of the church and just below the castle. The property has been well finished with thick stone walls and original beamed ceilings.

The front door opens onto a lovely sitting room with dining area, off of which is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen also has a table which can be easily rolled out through the front door for al fresco dining.

Up the staircase to a large landing with plenty of space to have storage cupboards or possibly a sofa bed. There are two large bedrooms both overlooking the church square and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath tub.

The rear window of the property overlooks the entrance to the cemetery which has been described as one of the most beautiful cemeteries in Andalucia.

The property does not have its own outside space however, the church square is a beautiful place to sit using the kitchen table in the morning to take in the view or in the evening as the sun sets behind the church. All the bars and restaurants of town are in walking distance and there is parking nearby.

This is an ideal holiday home or rental property and holds a current tourist license. Both Malaga and Seville airports are just over an hour away and Ronda is a 30 minute drive. Olvera is well connected by regular bus services and is a perfect base for exploring the sights of Andalucia such as Seville, Jerez and Cordoba.
