On the western slope of the “Montagnola Senese”, a few kilometers away from Casole d'Elsa (Siena), wonderful Tuscan Agriturismo with panoramic view and easy access. Surrounded by nature, but not far from all kind of services, this Agriturismo is ideal for those looking for relax in the Sienese countryside. The complex is easily reached and located very close to some of the most beautiful towns of Tuscany such as San Gimignano (30km; 40'), Siena (25km; 40') and Montalcino (60km; 1h 10'). A chip shot away there is also the famous Abbey of San Galgano (21km; 25') where you can see the real sword in the stone, left by San Galgano back in 1180. Useful airports are Firenze Peretola (78km; 1h), Pisa Galilei (123km; 1h 40'), Roma Fiumicino (250km; 2h 45') and Roma Ciampino (272km; 2h 45'). The main block of the complex is divided into 6 apartments capable of hosting up to 26 people. - Apartment n°1: located on the ground floor, this apartment (54 sqm, 578 sqft for 4 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa-bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a reserved and fully equipped pergola. - Apartment n°2: located on the ground floor, this apartment (44 sqm, 471 sqft for 2 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a reserved and fully equipped pergola. - Apartment n°3: located on the first floor, this apartment (55 sqm, 590 sqft for 6 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, a double room, a small bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped outdoor space. - Apartment n°4: located on the first floor, this apartment (68 sqm, 728 sqft for 5 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a reserved and fully equipped outdoor space. - Apartment n°5: located on the first floor, this apartment (47 sqm, 503 sqft for 4 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa-bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a reserved and fully equipped outdoor space. - Apartment n°6: located on a raised first floor, this apartment (57 sqm, 610 sqft for 5 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a reserved and fully equipped outdoor space. Annexed to the main block there is a small dependance (44 sqm, 471 sqft for 4 people) on a single floor and made up of a small dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a reserved and fully equipped outdoor space. Last but not least, there is an independent split-level house (130 sqm, 1329 sqft for a maximum of 8 people) organized as follows: - Ground floor: two double bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor space and two bathrooms with shower. - First floor: dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom with skylight and a bathroom with shower. All the apartments share a laundry (with washers and driers) plus three outdoor brick-built BBQ areas and a small service room. The buildings have been entirely restored, with a particular attention paid to finishes. Building are externally realized in bare stone, while on the internal walls are plastered. Ceilings are sustained by wooden beams or barrel vaults realized in bricks.
