We recently purchased a property where Garth was the agent and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He went the extra mile even after the sale went through, sending us building plans that a previous owner had drawn up to give us ideas of how we could build on if we wanted. He also organised a viewing after the sale went through so that we could take some measurements and even contacted us on the day of transfer to let us know that the transfer had gone through and to wish us the best.
