Charming 28m² mountain studio apartment located on the sunny south-facing slopes of Chantemerle. Situated on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained and secure residence, with access to the resort\'s shops in 5 minutes and ski shuttle stops just 50 metres away. The studio features an entrance, a mountain-style sleeping area with bunk beds (140cm below, 120cm above), a shower room with toilet, and a living area with a 140cm sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, 3-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, plancha, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bright living area opens onto a sunny 7m² south-facing terrace with unobstructed views. A ski locker is available on the same floor, and there is outdoor parking in the residence. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included but available on request for an additional fee.
