Large agricultural land - Povljana, island of Pag. Agricultural land with a size of 59,596 m2 in one piece is a rarity on the market, especially on the Adriatic coast. This land is located in the immediate vicinity of the road that connects two smaller towns on the island of Pag, but is sufficiently isolated from traffic and settlements to provide complete peace and privacy. With a permanent plantation, it is possible to build a building of up to 400 m2, which can be used for various business or tourist purposes.   There is electricity on the asphalt road, so in the immediate vicinity, and there is plenty of drinking water under the ground, because this area is also the source of the local water supply.
