This building dates from about 1822 and is therefore 200 years old. In 2005 the owners completely renovated it and it is in perfect condition to this day. The price also includes a hotel license, which is still very difficult to obtain these days. It has thus served as a hotel for motorcyclists, mountain bikers and hikers since 2005.
