A barn of approximately 51 m2 in total on two levels just 5 minutes outside Oust. The ground floor (30m2) has a concrete floor and stairs lead up to first floor. Please note that there is no WATER, ELECTRICITY and that this is an agricultural barn and we cannot guarantee that permission will be granted to convert it to residential use.
