This fantastic farmhouse has its origins in the stables of the 11th century, although its current structure is from the end of the 16th century, and it is located in a beautiful spot a few kilometers from the Les Gavarres Natural Park. The farmhouse was partially refurbished in 1977 by its current owners, who fell in love with the property as soon as they saw it, and since then they have made it their home, in addition to making the 7.6 hectares of land profitable, with a large plantation of 1,278 olive trees arranged in 4 hectares of land, of which they self-produce 100% organic oil, in addition to other products, all in an artisanal way and with the utmost respect for nature and its traditions. The rest of the land is forest, with more than 1000 Mediterranean pines. It is distributed over three floors, connected to each other, and has a total built area of 761m2, preserving many original architectural elements, such as a beautiful interior patio that is accessed through a semicircular arch, vaulted ceilings in different rooms and the entire part of the stables that are still in their condition since the 11th century. As a complement to the farmhouse, we find auxiliary facilities such as a large tennis court, the swimming pool, and next to it, a ground floor construction of about 65m2 in which there is an independent guest apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, a porch and facilities room. Independent of the farmhouse, there is a rectangular building for agricultural use of 240m2 built, distributed over two floors connected internally by a forklift: on the lower floor there are three large garages, a production warehouse and bottling machinery; and in the upper one, with access from the outside porch, the store-office where you can buy bottled olive oil and olive soap, a laboratory, a bedroom, and toilets. It is a very interesting property, in addition to the exploitation of olive trees, due to its potential as a tourist business, given its excellent location and access.
