This contemporary reformed villa is located on a popular rural estate within walking distance of Competa. It is located on the edge of the natural park and has easy access via concreted roads. It has a raised situation and offers stunning views. The property offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all en-suite), 2 kitchens, open plan living/dining room and utility room. Via the patio access from the car port, the small patio area also gives access to a decent sized utility room, with double glazed, sliding patio style doors. There is ample space in here for a washing machine, dryer and other utility or household items. The water boiler is also housed in here. From here you enter the main villa via the electronic shutters and floor to ceiling glazed patio doors. You are immediately into a large, open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is space in here for living room furniture, a dining table and chairs and occasional living room furniture. There is also a large free standing wood burner. Immediately off the living/dining room area the room leads straight into a kitchen. This is all pre-installed for a fully fitted kitchen but is not currently in situ. From the kitchen further glazed, sliding patio doors lead out to the main terrace at the opposite side of the house with access to the parking area and annexe. Off the living room a door leads into a large double bedroom with space for a queen bed, bedside cabinets and it also has fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. A door leads off the bedroom into an en suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the living room another door leads into a single bedroom with space for a decent sized single bed and bedroom furniture. Off the bedroom a door leads into an en suite bathroom fitted with a hand basin and vanity unit, WC and walk in shower with glass partition. Rear Passageway Access Outside the property there is a large sun terrace with a circular stone built planter. From here you have views of the natural park and the Mediterranean Sea. A few steps then take you onto a smaller raised terrace with a stone and tile constructed outside table. This area is ideal as a barbecue area and for dining al fresco. Off here a door leads to a low storage area, which also houses the pool pumping equipment. A few steps then take you up to the 9m x 3.5m swimming pool and the sun terrace at one end. The terrace also offers stunning views of the natural park, nearby countryside and the sea. A narrow corridor runs behind the property to a raised walkway giving access to the border gardens and a small raised seating area. This property has been reformed using high quality fixtures, fittings, windows and tiling. All the windows and patio doors are upvc double glazed and every room has brand new air conditioning units and state of the art, remote controlled ceiling fans with integral lights. The property is also pre-installed for under floor heating throughout. Since the reform was completed (apart from the kitchen) the property has barely been lived in. It was designed with the idea of having holiday guests staying in the guest annexe. However, it would be possible to knock through from the annexe into the main villa to make the property one complete residence, as the property was originally.
