If you are looking for a RURAL SETTING and yet only five minutes drive to the local amenities, then this DETACHED SPANISH STYLE FINCA with an independent annex set on a 14,900 m2 plot located in Alhama de Murcia, this may be the perfect property for you! The main finca has two double bedrooms, a large farmhouse kitchen, utility area, spacious lounge and family bathroom. Behind the lounge wall, there is a WC, this space could easily be opened up and made into a 3rd bedroom with en-suite. To the other side of the kitchen, a door opens into a utility room with free standing oven, and storage units. Leading off the utility room a door opens into the main bathroom with Jack and Jill doors which also open into the annex. The tiled bathroom comprises of shower cubicle with drench shower, low level WC, hand washbasin with wooden vanity underneath and a heated towel rail. There is a window with traditional shutters to the rear aspect. Leading of the kitchen are two double bedrooms both with feature shutter windows to rear aspect with views over the fields and both benefit from ceiling fans. Leading off the kitchen is another small sun lounge with a wooden roof which leads onto the garden area. The annex is completely independent apart from the shared en-suite bathroom. This consists of a large terrace area which can be open or covered and has a hot tub and bbq area. A door opens into a large sunlounge with corrigated roof which the present vendors use as a sun lounge for sitting and relaxing. A door opens into the rustic lounge/diner with beamed ceiling and ceiling fan, which benefits from a logburner and feature electric fire. There is a small kitchenette with sink, worktops and gas oven and hob and a separate bathroom. To the far side of the lounge is a double bedroom with a door opening into the en-suite bathroom to the house which, as previously mentioned, has Jack and Jill doors. To the outside of the property in front of the finca and annex is a garden area with astro turf making this a nice area to relax and take in the Mediterranean lifestyle. The land is all fenced apart from the rear land which is accessed via a gate leading to a working olive grove with over 220 olive trees which benefits from a water deposit for irrigation. There are also a variety of other trees to the front including almond, fig and fruit trees. To the other side of the finca there is a covered carport for two cars and plenty of flat space opposite for up to ten cars or a caravan, as the grounds are endless! The present owners keep a variety of animals so there is a field which is used as a dog run (with brick built storage shed) and chickens so they have made a separate chicken pen for them. There is a well with a large water deposit for watering the land, and the mains water into the property has three fitted filters. There is electricity and a solar water heating system and a back up boiler servicing the property. The finca has also recently had a new roof fitted with two featured skylights. The Finca is a ten minute drive to Alhama de Murcia, a five minute drive from Condado de Alhama golf resort which has a variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. There is also a football pitch and tennis courts. Camposol is only a ten minute drive away again with bars and restaurants a golf course and local amenities. Condado de Alhama is an easy twenty minute drive to the wonderful beaches of the Mediterranean and the Marina in Puerto de Mazarron and thirty mins to Corvera (Murcia international) airport and one hour to Alicante.
