Lovely new - never lived in south west facing ground floor 2 bed apartment with a nice terrasse overlooking the communal gardens. As the photos are from the official show apartment their might be minor differences, this flat is over looking the communal gardens (so not the pool as in some of the photos) It has a really nice big (22 m2) size lounge with plenty of room for a dining and sofa area. The kitchen is kind of open, 2 big sliding glass doors - so can be closed if you wish. The kitchen is done to a very high standard with silestone worktop and all well branded white goods. Oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor, fridge/freezer and washing machine. From the lounge you have access to the terrace. Also access to small hallway leading to the 2 bedrooms and the bath room. The bathroom also comes to a very high standard and include a nice bath (photo show walk in shower as from show apartment), toilet and sink (with cupboard). It has 2 good size bedrooms with build in wardrobes. One of them has access via double glass doors to a lovely little terrace. The flat has ducted A/C (can also heat), prepared for alarm, connection for TV and Sat TV in lounge and bedroom. All floors are of good quality marble. Included is also a private parking space and storage room in the underbuilt. Monthly community fee Euro 100,00 which includes 24/7 gated security. And a little bit about the area: This fantastic place is only 100 m from the beach – surfer paradise, 7 km of beaches – lovely promenade. You can walk from the resort a long the coast to Los Alcazares – approx. 15 min – old town another 5-10 min. Lovely walking with the view over Mar Menor to the La Manga strip. The resort is in the part of Los Alcazares called Los Narejos – fantastic place, a lot of local facilities, supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance Mar Menor is Europe’s largest salt water lake, warm water, more salty (they are producing salt in the north end of Mar Menor) – the air consist of more iod – this actually makes it one of the healthiest place to live in the whole world. Mar Menor is brilliant place for all kind of water sports – there is a surfing school and rental place just out side the resort (100m). Murcia has a way good network of roads and motorways, so even long distances don’t take long to drive. Towns/cities: Los Alcazares, San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera all 5 min., Murcia and Cartagena 30 min. Airports: Murcia International 25 min and Alicante 50 min. Beaches: Walking distance
