One can access the property from two different entrances, one being the front main entrance to the store and the other to the side that accesses the back workshop. Property layout is a front room which is used for display and to conduct business with clients. Moving further in there is a bathroom for the staff, and then behind it is the large workshop. The workshop was used and still retains permit for the production of baked and confectionery goods.
