We are assisting our client, a Private Bank, to source a Trust Manager to join their Jersey Private Client team. Reporting to the Private Client Director, you will have a good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction, understand the basic features of the different investment products, knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, Outlook and Word, Good numeracy skills with the ability to understand routine documents, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure, effective communication skills, knowledge of policies and procedures, standards and business procedures. Key responsibilities will be trust management, maintaining a good working relationship with complex and high net worth clients, intermediaries and internal contacts, development of your complex portfolio of company and trust structures, monitoring of the team's timeliness, accuracy and output and acting as a point of reference in order to minimise business risk. General administration tasks. Ensure that team and individual financial and non-financial targets are met. Assist with budget calculations as required. Evidence an impeccable knowledge of fiduciary responsibility to protect the client, you, the team and business. You will act as a 'C' Signatory.
