A global leading corporate Legal practice is looking to recruit an associate director or director for its structured finance division. The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the team to deliver high level client services. Key responsibilities include managing and developing the Debt Capital Market team and the staff. Act as a Director for Jersey SPVs and actively attend to the SPV requirements. A significant part of the role is client management which includes; acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing clients and developing business opportunities to extend services where possible. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years' experience within a corporate admin and/or loan agency services, with exceptional knowledge in dealing with securitisation transactions. You will have a solid knowledge of Jersey financial services and be heavily focussed in client services based on client expectations and delivering of solutions. You will have strong management and influencing skills and a team player and good role model. Our client is looking for candidates with a solution driven attitude to managing problems and the confidence to using own initiative when making decisions.
