A leading legal office is currently looking for a professional support lawyer for a twelve-month FTC to be based in their Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have experience of Corporate Legal services within the Channel Islands (Additional Banking and Finance experience would be advantageous). They will have excellent communication skills at all levels in order to train staff and extract information from them. You will have exemplary technical detail drafting skills with experience of the delivery of knowledge management (KM) systems. You will be enthusiasm for developing KM systems, improving access and understanding amongst the staff. The role will include amongst other things, co-ordinate the preparation of internal and external practice notes and briefings, manage KM systems drafting notes policies and guidance, Reviewing and updating procedures in conjunction with the service line managers to include facilitation of process mapping of core service line business, prepare and deliver training to all levels of fee earners as required, set up and run informal or formal discussion forums and seminars related to the internal KM systems.
