This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property lawyer to join the highly regarded property team of a leading offshore law firm. The successful individual will obtain instructions from clients, provide legal advice and prepare relevant documentation for Partner/Senior Associate review in the areas of commercial property sales, acquisitions, development and financing. Together with finance and corporate colleagues, advise is provided on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and the financing of commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. Our client is looking for candidates who have gained approximately five years post qualification experience in the field of Property Law. This should ideally have been gained within a common law jurisdiction. In addition to qualifications and experience candidates should possess excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills along with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. They should also be confident in their ability to work under pressure, often to tight deadlines.
