Our client provides offshore legal and specialist financial services to private and institutional clients globally. Due to increased business our client is now looking for a qualified and experienced real estate accountant. The purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance to the directors, managers and administrators. The post holder will be required to take responsibility for the management and technical support of a team of accountants with the support of the existing management team. The successful candidate will be an experienced and qualified fund accountant with knowledge and experience of accounting for a range of fund structures (with a particular emphasis on real estate funds). Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong technical knowledge of current UK GAAP and IRFS along with possessing strong organisational and people management skills.
