Finca Monstera is a beautiful traditional finca, which is just a few kilometres north of Palma - it takes approximately 12 minutes by car to Plaza Espana in Palma. From the finca you can see the city of Palma and views of the impressive Sierra de Tramuntana. The finca has a large established garden with extensive lawns, mature fruit and olive trees and offers complete privacy. The garden's main entrance and a gazebo are both covered with bright bougainvillea and honeysuckle. There is a fishpond and 10 sculptures by Miguel Sarasate. The salt water pool measures approximately 5 x 10 metres and is surrounded by sumptuous sun loungers, parasols and quality day beds, There is a hammock available for an afternoon siesta and several exterior dining areas to enjoy alfresco dining within the beautiful grounds. The house itself boasts numerous sitting/ TV lounges and dining areas, there is high speed WiFi internally and externally, a new kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and seven bedrooms all with air conditioning.
