This farm is located in a very quiet area, only a few kilometres from the historic town of Silves. On the very large plot, with more than 2.4 hectares, there are several houses and warehouses needed for the work on a plantation. Currently, the living area is about 146m2, divided into a main house with a living room, an equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. The main house has an external access to an attic. Another living area has a living room, a kitchen, another bedroom and a bathroom. The last living area also has a living room with a large bedroom and a bathroom. There is a completely separate room for guests. Furthermore, there are different storage halls on the property, two layer halls are used for agricultural purposes. There is a covered parking space for the tractor and two covered parking spaces, one of which has a wood stove. The property is mainly planted with oranges and also has a some peaches, avocado tree and persimmons. There are also grapes, bananas and kale, but also various herbs such as oregano, parsley and Bela Luisa, among others. A borehole provides irrigation, the water is stored in a 7-metre-deep cistern and is used to irrigate the plantation.
